As many of you know, Gabriel and Regan are part of the current lineup of the classic coldwave industrial band Chemlab. Gabriel will be on guitar and Regan on Keyboards for the upcoming New York City show on Saturday, January 7th, 2006 at Albion (Downtime). Opening acts include The Aggression and Ascension Of The Watchers (feat. Burton C Bell and John Bechdel of Fear Factory).

/// September 7th, 2005 ///........................................................

Regan will be unable to play at our upcoming show in Philadelphia due to a schedule conflict that requires her to be in Hong Kong instead. Rather than canceling our appearance, we will be finding a temporary replacement for her. Possible candidates at this point are Jimmy from Chemlab or Matthew from Provocateur. The show must go on. See you all there!

/// June 26nd, 2005 ///........................................................

mindFIELD has just been asked to play at the Blacksun Gothic festival this year in New Haven, CT. We will be going on sometime in the afternoon on Saturday, August 6th. Blacksun is a 3 day goth and industrial music festival (August 5-7) that will include such acts as Das Ich, Razed In Black, Decoded Feedback, Iris, Bella Morte, Dismantled, Voltaire, Psyclon Nine, Ego Likeness, Carfax Abbey, and others.

Tickets are available online here for individual days or all three.

/// June 22th, 2005 ///........................................................

Happy Birthday, Regan!

/// June 15th, 2005 ///........................................................

After months of not gigging, mindFIELD has been booked to play at Albion (Downtime) in New York City on Saturday, July 9th! It's an opening spot, so we will be going on at 9:30pm. Headlining the night is GASR (Nilaihah Records). More info soon.

Work continues on the next mindFIELD album. Nine tracks of new music have been completed and await vocals. In addition, several remixes and a cover will probably find their way onto the CD. Much is still up in the air, though.

/// March 13th, 2005 ///........................................................

A new mp3 demo has been added to the Audio page. A cover of "Another Space Song" originally by the band Failure has been remastered from the demo mindFIELD recorded back in 2000.

In other news, work has begun on the follow up to last years "Singularity". The new album will contain several guest vocalists and producers who have been a great influence to the band over the years. More to come soon!

/// February 9th, 2005 ///........................................................

mindFIELD now has a page on the online popularity contest that is MySpace.com. So don't be left out, add yourself our friends list and become popular! Unfortunately, a hip-hop band had already taken the name "mindfield" on the site, so we used Gabriel's alter ego, Ionnokx, instead. The link to the page is: www.myspace.com/ionnokx

And remember, on Saturday, February 19th, we will be performing for the first time in New York City at Albion (Downtime) and we will be opening for Mindless Faith.

Also, mindFIELD has joined the industrial music promotion site, Hellwire.com. You can visit our page by clicking HERE

/// January 19th, 2005 ///........................................................

As you may have noticed, mindFIELD has a brand new website. Much time and effort went into its redesign and we're very happy with the end result. We want to thank Robert McElaney of Ctrl.Alt.Design for contributing the 3D rendered graphics for the site.

On Saturday, February 19th, we will be performing for the first time in New York City. The show is at Albion (Downtime) and we will be opening for Mindless Faith. We're very excited for this opportunity and want to thank DJ Hellraver for putting us on the bill. We hope to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones that night!

Things are still up in the air about a possible US West Coast tour this spring supporting Battery Cage and Infrastructure. More details should follow soon.

And last but not least, the Boston Society of Mechanics recently interviewed Gabriel on mindFIELD, the New England electronic scene, and the impact of mp3s on the music industry. You can check it out at www.BSM.us.
